INTRODUCTION
Etiquette and good manners are very important in business as well as in everyday life. When a company has a culture that focuses on the principles of courtesy and respect for others, teamwork will increase and customers will trust you more. How business representatives communicate both online and in person, their awareness of international norms of etiquette, how they handle failure or difficult situations – all of these will greatly affect your business, code of ethics, performance, and profitability.

1. Communication culture
Understanding of communication's basic rules and common errors in communication.
2. Personal image
Who are you in the organization? Who are you among friends? How to identify and build your personal image based on your own strengths, so that you shine with the best version of yourself.
3. Talk in front of a group
When you start speaking, the main idea comes out of your head, but when you finish speaking, that idea must be in the audience's head. In this content, you will learn public speaking skills and methods to choose valuable details and interesting stories for your speech.
4. Communication language
You learn how to establish your own message, understand the other person's message from what is said or not said.
5. Dress code
You will know how to dress correctly and beautifully to succeed.
6. Party etiquette
Understanding the rules and sometimes breaking them is the pinnacle of etiquette and the art of communication.
7. Relationship building skills (networking)
How do you not feel lost at a party, a meeting, or a company/organization event? Have you proactively built a network of relationships that support your career? These questions will be answered in the course.
8. Effective relationship management
The special feature of this content is that you will be guided on how to overcome crises in a relationship, the lessons are designed based on organizational and individual crisis handling situations.

Ms. Y-Nhu Nguyen
Head of External Communications and Sustainable Development Department at Coca-Cola Vietnam Company. She is also the President of PACA Communications and Foreign Affairs Club.
Graduated from the Diplomatic Academy in Hanoi, received a Master's degree in Commercial Law and International Business from UWE (UK). Y-Nhu built a career in Communications, Foreign Affairs and Sustainable Development through more than 15 years of experience with senior management positions at domestic companies and multinational corporations in many fields such as Banking, Retails, Aviation, FMCG. She was trained through Intensive Business Etiquette courses in the UK and US.
